Expandable released e-Purchase Requisitions 3.0 in December and is now shipping product. e-Purchase Requisitions allows a company to eliminate the paper process and manual approval routing for employees making purchases outside of the core Expandable product complete with electronic routing for approvals.
Three functional roles are supported: Requesters, Buyers and Approvers, with alternates, in support of electronic generation, approval, finalizing and tracking status of Purchase Requests. Linked in with Expandable’s core database, this fully WEB-based .NET product assures requisition validation, correct approval levels and electronic routing as set up by a corporation’s organization hierarchy directly though standard WEB Browsers without any need to enter, know or use the Core Expandable ERP.
Approved and validated requisitions are then transferred to Expandable’s standard Purchase Order for execution all within the simple WEB User Interface. All e-Purchase Requisition user roles have access to their requisitions for request status and where each requisition is located in the approval work flow using the same WEB user interface without any use of Expandable User License Seats.
If you are looking to improve your purchasing time, accuracy and efficiency of handling purchase requests, while maintaining financial accountability and control, talk with your Expandable sales account manager or email sales@expandable.com and asked for more details on Expandable’s e-Purchase Requisitions 3.0. Additional information can also be found in the e-Requisitions documentation in Expandable’s Customer Resource Center.
