Expandable has launched its Salesforce Integration this month, partnering with Pervasive Software and Salesforce.com. The first release features Expandable ERP Customer Master, Customer Activity and Sales History, Sales Orders, Invoices and Serial Parts integration keyed to the Salesforce Account. |
At the core of the integration is the Pervasive Data Integrator client engine handling the extraction, transformation and loading of Expandable Data into custom and standard Salesforce CRM objects (tables). The security of your data is protected across the network with 256 bit encryption delivered over a SSL v3 tunnel. |

|
This first release of Expandable ERP Integration for Salesforce is partitioned into three packages; first is the Base Customer Core Feature Package which contains the Customer Master Activity and Sales History along with Customer Master to Salesforce Account, the second package provides both the Expandable Sales Orders and Invoices accompanied with order and invoice detail, and finally the third package Serial Parts provides integration of the serial parts sold to end-customers. Feature packaging allows for use of all functionality or the ability to choose the functionality require by your business and each package includes both the Salesforce custom objects, fields and tabs and the ETL data maps for the Pervasive Integration Engine. |
Customer’s have the data security control at the Tab, Object and/or Field level with standard Salesforce platform user access management. This allows full control of individual users and/or role based groups in the visibility of Expandable data in the same manner as any Salesforce data. Salesforce administrators use the same platform and administrative tools in managing the sales security. |
