| Expandable has divided its Purchasing training class into two half-day sessions — Purchasing and Advanced Purchasing — and starting in August the Sales Order Management class will also be divided into beginning and advanced sessions. |
| "We've found that our customers don't always have the time to spend a whole day in a training class, and that some of our training classes cover more areas of the system than individual users do in their job roles," said Expandable training manager Beth Herner. "We're in the process of making our course offerings more focused so that customers can spend a shorter amount of time learning just the specific skills they need. To meet the needs of the broadest possible audience, we're still scheduling both the beginning and advanced classes on the same day so customers retain the option to learn an entire module in one full day," said Herner. |
