| Expandable Users Conference |
| May 20-22, 2012 — San Jose, CA |
Save the date for Expandability 2012 being planned for May 20-22, 2012 at the Hayes Mansion in San Jose, CA. |
After two years of below average conference attendance, the IEUGA board of directors decided not to hold its usual two-day conference in 2011 with the expectation that the economy would improve by 2012 and employee travel restrictions would be lifted. |
| With a year off there'll be a lot to talk about — especially around the many enhancements Expandable is currently making to the system — so make sure you mark the date on your calendar and plan to attend Expandability 2012. |
| Expandability 2012 will be the 20th Expandable Users Conference and if the years have proven anything it's that the most beneficial conference sessions are those presented by Expandable users themselves. |
| The IEUGA Board is always looking for users who are willing to present a session at the conference and offers an incentive to those users who step up and create a presentation. |
Do you have a unique or bulletproof way of using Expandable at your business operation? Or maybe you’ve got a success story to relate about how you’ve implemented a third party product that’s working really well with Expandable? |
| The board will provide Expandability 2012 free to users who present a session at the conference — that's a value of over $1,000. |
| If you're interested in presenting a session at Expandability 2012, send a message to conference@ieuga.org with the following information: |
- your name, job title, company name, phone, &
email address
- the title of your proposed presentation
- 75-word abstract describing the content of the
presentation.

| The deadline for submissions is December 15, 2011 |
| The conference will be held at Hayes Mansion, a conference center and hotel built on historic grounds once owned by a prominent pioneer family. The centerpiece of the property is the 41,000 square foot mansion, an architectural marvel, that is surrounded by a 20 acre park. |
 |
The Hayes Mansion property is a 20 acre park that includes the historic mansion, excellent conference center (seen in left side of picture) and 214 room hotel complex (behind the mansion). |
| A state-of-the-art conference center where the IEUGA will stage the conference sessions sits adjacent to the mansion. |
| The property is 15 minutes from the San Jose Airport. |
