New Check Format and Self-sealing Window Envelopes
Here are two ways to simplify your check printing:
1. Adopt the "open" check layout that makes it easier to align check elements on the template.
2. Self-sealing envelopes (no more licking!)
Open Check Layout
Do you find that it’s hard to line up the date, check number, currency code and amount with the boxes on the face of your business checks?
The boxed style makes it challenging to position check elements on the template
To make it easier, Signature Print Services is offering a new “open” check layout that is more forgiving.
The open format removes the boxes, making it easier to position the check elements
The new format does away with the boxes on the front of the check that restrict the placement of check elements. To promote the new format, Signature Print Services is offering a special deal to existing Expandable customers who want to migrate from the old “boxes” format to the new “open “ format. They will set up the artwork for your new layout and provide a proof for your approval at no charge. In other words it won’t cost you a thing to make the transition to the new open check format.

Self-sealing  Envelopes
Signature Print Services now offers a “lickless” double-window window envelope for your checks. No moisture or sponge is required to seal and no liner sheet to pull off before sealing. Simply unfold flap and press for a quick secure seal. The envelope windows show both the payee's address and the return address and are security-lined for confidentiality.
To order new checks or a supply of self-sealing envelopes, contact Peter Martin of Signature Print services at peter@signatureprint.com or (408) 213-3393.
