| Expandable Software, Inc. has appointed Bob Swedroe as Chief Executive Officer of the company. Bob was recruited by Expandable to increase the growth trajectory of the company, and replaces Marshall Guile who will remain on the board of directors and continue to contribute to product development efforts. |

| Bob Swedroe is very familiar with Expandable because prior to joining the company, he was CFO, Sr. Vice President Finance at IP Unity Glenayre, an Expandable customer for seven years. While at IP Unity Glenayre, Bob had full management responsibilities for Finance and Administration, and Human Resources. Swedroe has also served in various senior finance positions for XO Communications, Concentric Networks, Silicon Graphics, and DSC Communications. |
