Substitution and cancellation policy: Name change substitutions can be made until April 9th with no penalty. Cancellations received by April 9th will be refunded the registration fee minus $200.

*Price includes everything in Conference and Hotel Package except hotel lodging. Use this option for second person when sharing a room. Reservation deadline for guaranteed room is April 9, 2007.
