Substitution and Cancellation Policy

Name change substitutions can be made until May 19th with no penalty. Cancellations received by May 13th will be refunded the registration fee minus $200. We cannot refund cancellations or no-shows after May 13, 2005

Double-up and Save

Hotel Rooms may accommodate two people. To register for a shared room, register one attendee for the conference and hotel package and the other as conference only.

Conference Only Package

The conference only package is designed for attendees who live within driving distance of the conference facilities or for the second person in a shared room. The conference only package includes all meals and all conference activities and saves the expense of hotel lodging.
